We can help you think through how much perimeter your event needs. In addition, we can help you figure out the optimal LED perimeter placement - where to place the panels and how many.

We will also consider the power requirements and the resulting cabling to minimise the number of wires in the pathways.

We collect all the visual material to show on screens.

  • If you would like help with screen graphics, send us a list of sponsors and their logos so that our designer can fill the screens with moving images based on your material.

  • If you produce the visual yourself, we will provide you with the exact technical requirements for the files (resolution, format, etc.). We can also provide guidance on the style of graphics that will be effective on the LED perimeter.

On the day of installation, our technicians will arrive at the venue at the agreed time and start assembling the panels. At the end of the installation, we will test and provide an overview of the graphics displayed on the LED panels for the event organiser.

Our technician can be present throughout the event. The technician will arrive on the day of the event a few hours before the event and will make sure that everything is working properly.

During the event, our technician will be on standby at all times to deal quickly with any unexpected situations.

The technicians will start uninstalling the panels once you have given permission at the end of the event. We will place the LED panel boxes in a suitable location for you so that transport can pick them up the following day.

What is the price of the service?

Submit an enquiry and we will prepare a detailed offer for you.

The construction price will be: 

  • Perimeter length
  • The logistical complexity of the venue (Certain venues and event locations are difficult to access, requiring installers to do extra work to set up the screens.)
  • Length of the event (operating hours)

The price includes:

  • Transport (km fee)
  • Technician on-call fee (Normally we arrive 2h before the event, but for some events we need to be there earlier).
  • Fees for playlist and motion graphics (3h of work included in the base price). 
  • If the electricity supply at the location is not sufficient, the cost of the generator + fuel will be added.

Questions

How can you get a better deal? 
We can offer you a lower price if you are a repeat customer and take the transport on your own.

We can also train your team and you will be responsible for the installation and removal. The same applies to the operation. We can provide you with screens for hire and will be on standby at a distance in case something unexpected should happen.

We also offer a reduced rate for longer term orders, with a one day price accordingly.
How much power does the LED Perimeter use? 
The average consumption is around 300 W/m2, which is ~177 W per metre.
How long is the LED Perimeter available for rental? 
There is no time limit on the rental. We can offer our products for as long as you need!
Is it possible to buy LED Perimeter? 
We also offer LED perimeters for sale. We have an established manufacturing partner who can provide the exact products to meet the technical requirements of the various major sports federations. Read more here.
Is it possible to show existing FullHD video on the screens?
We can display the existing Full HD video on our LED trailer. The screen on the LED trailer has an aspect ratio of 16:9, which is the same as Full HD. LED perimeter screens cannot display such video. When displaying video on an LED perimeter screen, you need to ensure that it matches the aspect ratio of the LED perimeter screen itself. you need to create a completely new video/animation with exactly the right resolution, depending on the volume and layout of the LED perimeter screen.
Will the LED Perimeter stand up to rain and storm? 
Our LED perimeter meter is rainproof and has withstood the most intense downpours in practice.
How much do I need to know about LED or motion graphics myself? 
We offer a full service, so no prior knowledge is necessary. We can prepare motion graphics and, if interested, explain to the customer all the important nuances concerning LED displays.
