The LED Trailer is ideal for crowded events: festivals, concerts, sports competitions or ceremonies. The live image on the big screen is engaging for the audience and creates a positive emotion.
Demo products at a trade fair or make a photo slideshow at your company's summer days. On one mobile surface, you can show different messages at the same time: sponsors, scores, ads and even a full-length movie.
Screen operation is 100% remote controlled. The trailer is equipped with a video processor with wifi module + a mini PC for downloading files to the screen via the internet.

We will agree how long you want to rent the trailer for. We will help you figure out the optimal LED trailer placement.
We will then check. Whether there is a fixed 32A power point at the location (best suited) or if there is something else on offer at the fixed location, which will require us to either provide different electrical wiring or a changeover.
If there is no fixed power point, we will select a generator of the right capacity and organise delivery.
Let's set out what we want to display and how best to do it.
For live streaming of the event, we will contact the event team and specify how they will transmit the video image to us (mostly SDI). If necessary, we can also broadcast the event over the internet, for which we need to be sent a suitable website or, for example, a link to the YouTube broadcast.
If you would like to have a static advertising space, we ask you to send us the media to be displayed on the LED screen. We can upload this media to a cloud system that communicates with the LED trailer. The screen can be remotely controlled to change media continuously and instantly. If the customer does not have the capacity to produce the media themselves, we can provide a service to produce it ourselves.
At the agreed time, our technician will arrive at the event location and set up and install the trailer (height adjustment, exact orientation of the screen, position) and make sure everything is working properly.
Once the installation is complete, we will test and provide the event organiser with an overview of the screen image.
We are ready to deal with unexpected situations.
Throughout the rental period, our technician will be on standby, always present for some events and, in the case of a stationary solution, on the phone and on the move if necessary.
Once the rental period is over, our technician will follow the LED trailer.
The technicians will start uninstalling the panels once you have given permission at the end of the event. We will place the LED panel boxes in a suitable location for you so that transport can pick them up the following day.
